“ Grazioso locale con tavoli esterni sulla piazzetta antistante. Cibo ben cucinato e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Titolare e personale disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglio. In inverno si mangia all'interno dove ci sono due salette e l'area antistante il bar. Il locale è veramente curato, pulito e confortevole, una bella stufa vi riscalderà. Oggi ultimo giorno di carnevale abbiamo pranzato all'interno (vedi foto), confermo le cinque stelle, ho mangiato un assaggio dei quattro antipasti (moccetta e lardo, brandata con olive e pomodorini secchi, flan di verdure con salsa di acciughe e torta salata , curati e buoni, come secondo un agnello sambucano da leccarsi i baffi. Molto buona anche la pasta fatta in casa che ha mangiato mio marito (cruset con formaggi e porri). In inverno potete parcheggiare gratuitamente nella piazzetta davanti al locale. Bagni belli e pulitissimi. ”
“ Splendida esperienza. 3 settimane fa ci siamo trovati a passare da Sambuco in moto letteralmente per caso. Il personale è stato disponibilissimo a trovarci un posto all'esterno, nonostante fossero pieni. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la loro famosa Raclette (cosa per cui torneremo il prima possibile). Abbiamo preso l'antipasto della casa ed un primo a testa. Tutti piatti della tradizione della zona (i brandade e la selezione di salumi su tutti) con una attenzione particolare per le materie prime. ”
